Whether you are a letting Agent or private Landlord you can trust us to ensure your appliances are entirely safe.  We don’t issue a certificate without servicing the appliance first.  We are happy to send you yearly reminders to inform you when Landlord Certifications are due.  Alternatively we will contact the tenant direct on your behalf to  ensure your Certifications are always up to date
